Dr. Kristen

Hi, I’m Dr. Kristen (what my patients like to call me) — NCCAOM board-certified and Florida licensed acupuncture physician and herbalist, and someone who deeply believes in your body’s ability to heal when given the right support.

I specialize in fertility, hormonal health, and pregnancy care for women and couples navigating both natural and assisted paths to parenthood. My journey into Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) began when I faced a chronic health challenge of my own—and after conventional treatments failed, it was this ancient system that finally helped me heal. That experience changed everything.

I went on to graduate summa cum laude from the Florida College of Integrative Medicine, blending Eastern and Western perspectives to support whole-person wellness—body, mind, and heart.

Today, I work alongside a The IVF Center in Lake Nona, helping patients feel seen, supported, and empowered through every stage of their fertility and wellness journey.

When I’m not in clinic, you’ll find me in the garden, cooking something nourishing, or spending time with my husband, our dog Luna, and if lucky, our grown son.
