Dr. Kristen

Hi, I’m Dr. Kristen — though most patients just call me “Dr. Kristen.”
I’m an NCCAOM board-certified, Florida licensed acupuncture physician and herbalist who believes your body is designed to heal when given the right support.

I specialize in fertility, hormonal health, and pregnancy care—helping women and couples through both natural and assisted paths to parenthood. I also treat pain and musculoskeletal conditions with gentle, root-cause oriented care, from everyday aches to sports injuries.

My own health journey first led me to Traditional Chinese Medicine after conventional options fell short, and it’s what inspired me to dedicate my life to this work.

Today, I’m proud to practice inside The IVF Center in Lake Nona—the only fertility clinic in Orlando with in-house acupuncture—where I support patients with integrative, compassionate care.

When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll probably find me in the garden, cooking something nourishing, or spending time with my husband, our dog Luna, and if lucky, our grown son.
